Approval After Approval at ALC

This week in American Lending Center’s EB-5 updates:

I-829 approvals continue to accumulate here at American Lending Center (ALC). One of ALC’s investors received a permanent green card within 2 years and 3 months of I-829 submission. For another, only 1 year and 4 months passed from submission to approval.

These recipients were among 20 original investors who provided EB-5 funds to the Summerset Assisted Living facility in 2012. Combined with ALC’s guidance and leadership, the EB-5 funded project successfully opened in 2014 and remains an integral part of Rancho Cordova, CA.
