Originally built in 1891 around a natural geothermal hot spring, the property currently includes 123 guestrooms across multiple buildings situated on approximately 154 acres. The project will include the development of expanded lodging, food and beverage outlets, meeting and event space, recreational amenities, and upgraded hot spring facilities. Upon completion, the resort will feature a total of 208 lodging units and operate under the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand.
- [No. 106 Gold’s Hampton Inn](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-106-golds-hampton-inn-ne/): Hampton Inn by Hilton Lincoln Downtown involves the redevelopment of the historic Gold’s Building into a 115-unit limited-service hotel located in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The project will include 115 hotel rooms, covered parking, a breakfast dining area, fitness room, lobby workspace, market pantry, and guest laundry facilities. Branded as the Hampton Inn by Hilton Lincoln Downtown, the hotel will operate under a franchise agreement with Hilton Hotels and is designed to serve business and leisure travelers in the downtown market.

This exclusive planned community will feature 40 standalone villas, 36 townhouses, and 20 custom homes, designed for luxurious mountain living.   As a premium residential community, Wildwood Reserve offers an array of amenities, including a clubhouse, spa, swimming pool, fitness center, and more. Its prime location provides easy access to nearby ski resorts and outdoor recreational activities, making it an ideal retreat for nature and adventure enthusiasts.
- [No. 100 AgSci Agriculture](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-100-agsci-agriculture-sc/): AgSci Agriculture (Phase I of the Agriculture Technology Campus) consists of a large-scale controlled environment agriculture (CEA) greenhouse and processing facility designed to produce high-quality tomatoes year-round. Located in Hampton County, South Carolina, the project includes a 1.2 million square-foot greenhouse and an on-site packing and logistics facility. The facility will utilize steel-and-glass construction with rainwater collection for reuse. When operating at capacity, Phase I is expected to produce just under 20 million pounds of tomatoes annually.

Without the hospital, residents in the community would have to travel 50–65 miles to receive emergency care. The facility is extremely important to the healthcare of Calhoun and Liberty Counties, as well as portions of Jackson and Gulf Counties.

It will feature ten private patient rooms, including one patient isolation room, two rooms for patients of size, and two semi-private patient rooms.

The project involves the replacement of an outdated facility with infrastructure limitations and aims to improve access to comprehensive healthcare and efficiency. The new hospital will be approximately 170,000 square feet, and three stories high. Services will include 50 inpatient beds, 5 surgical rooms, 6 infusion bays, imaging rooms, a laboratory, a pharmacy, and physical therapy/cardiac rehab.
- [No. 96 Jackson Purchase Distillery](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-96-jackson-purchase-distillery/): The significant expansion of Jackson Purchase Distillery involves enhancing the existing bourbon whiskey distillery. This project will include a 67,070 square foot distillery complex, featuring a new fermenting building, a second still house, and a rickhouse with a capacity for approximately 20,000 barrels.

Phase I is set to begin delivering 24/7 clean energy to the grid in 2026. Currently, it ranks as the top company in the new geothermal energy sector in terms of financing capability. Fervo Energy is a pioneer in the global renewable energy technology and development field, with funding strength that leads the industry. The multiple phases of the Cape Station project will create an estimated 6,600 construction jobs and 160 permanent full-time positions. It is 7.5 miles from Milford, a town of 1,400 people.
- [No. 86 Local Bounti Greenfield Facility](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-86-local-bounti-greenfield-facility/): Local Bounti Greenfield facility consists of a 440,000 square-foot controlled environment agriculture (CEA) hydroponic greenhouse that utilizes a proprietary agriculture system to produce and sell leafy greens. The facility is sited on 42 acres at the Cypress Industrial Park in Mount Pleasant, Texas, and will include six vertical indoor grow towers for propagating seedlings and a greenhouse building for growing and packaging the final products. When operating at capacity, the facility will produce 9 million pounds of leafy greens per year.

The project involves the construction of a 200-bed, 405,186 square-foot, 9-story hospital; a 3-story medical office building; and an 828-space parking deck. It aims to replace the existing facility, operational since 1964, with a modern, patient-centered facility designed for future expansion. The hospital will feature various specialized beds, including geriatric psychiatric, OB/GYN, and inpatient rehabilitation beds, along with medical/surgical and ICU beds.

The Project is a 350,000 sf indoor vegetable growing facility, which will become the biggest facility in that city after construction completed.

- [No. 80 Partake Collective 002](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-80-partake-collective-002/): Partake Collective 002 (the “Project”) is located in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. It is the second project of the Partake Collective food-service brand, which develops and operates state-of-the-art mixed-use food-service properties with multiple shared kitchens and dynamic restaurant space for events, workshops, pop-ups, and incubators. The property currently consists of two buildings. One building will include 12 kitchen units available for rent on a monthly basis, storage space, a bar, retail space, and seating for 40-50 people. Also, this building will be designed as a food hall with digital food ordering and pick-up. The alley will be utilized as a drive through for third-party delivery pick-ups.  The second building will include space for rent on three-month increments designed for pop-up restaurants, four kitchen units available for rent on a daily basis, and seating for 35-45 people.

As a wellness Oasis, Azure Palm Mineral Springs will offer a unique experience of rest and rejuvenation. The eventual build out will include a 3 acre mineral springs playground of fresh, healing, mineral spring pools, discovered down winding paths in a natural desert environment, saunas, a Himalayan salt room, an herb steam room and more. Day rental cabanas will be offered, a perfect spot to lounge for the day and order lunch from the Azure Palm Café. The water on Miracle Hill contains a high concentration of minerals that restore vitality, relieve sore muscles and rejuvenate the body. A small number of successful spa resorts flourish nearby.

Designed to Marriott’s latest 4th generation prototype standards, the hotel will feature a combination of studio and one-bedroom suites, each with fully equipped kitchens and living areas, roughly 1,000 square feet of meeting space, complimentary “Morning Break” breakfast, outdoor pool, a patio with BBQ grills and fire pit as well as a modern fitness center. Construction has completed in 2020.
- [No.75 Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-75-fairfield-inn-suites-by-marriott/): The project is located on a 1.5 acre parcel of land within the Central Business District and the Historic Downtown, within easy walking distance of all Downtown amenities. The proposed hotel is a four story structure with 80 keys and rooftop access. Due to its natural surroundings, 300 degree mountain views are available from the third floor, fourth floor, and rooftop. Construction will be completed by 2020.
- [No. 73 Home2 Suites by Hilton](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-73-home2-suites-by-hilton/): The Propose Home2 Suites by Hilton is a four-story extended-stay lodging facility which features 94 rooms, an outdoor pool, an outdoor whirlpool, a fitness room/guest laundry room, a lobby workstation, a market pantry, an outdoor patio with fire pit, and an outdoor patio and barbecue area. The site size spans 82,150 square feet (1.89 acres), the building size is 64,845 square feet with 96 surface spaces. This hotel is expected to open in 2019.

- [No. 71 TownePlace Suites by Marriott](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-71-towneplace-suites-by-marriott/): The proposed TownePlace Suites hotel will be located on a 5.29 acre site, features 92 rooms, a breakfast dining area, 2,000 square feet of meeting space, an indoor pool, a fitness room, a lobby work station, a market pantry, guest laundry, and an outdoor sundeck. The hotel will also contain an appropriate parking capacity with 97 surface spaces and all necessary back-of-the house space. This hotel is expected to open in 2019.
- [No. 70 The Fountains at Cartersville](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-70-the-fountains-at-cartersville/): The Fountains at Cartersville is an assisted living and memory care facility, located on a 5.3 acre piece of land. The 56,800 sq. ft., 2 story building will have 60 bedrooms with 75 bed facilities, a gathering room, a shop, a wine bar, library, large dining room, salon, and health room/gym. This facility is expected to open in 2019.
- [No. 68 Uptown at Liberty Park](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-68-uptown-at-liberty-park/): The developer Uptown at Liberty Park, LLC is planning to build a residential rental community with 320 units housed in eight (8) four-story buildings and a 140-bed assisted living facility with memory care in Cape Coral, Florida. American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Liberty Park Community in Dec of 2017. The total construction cost of this project is $74.5 million, of which EB-5 funds is $20.5 million. The construction will be completed by 2020.
- [No. 65 Staybridge Suites](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-65-staybridge-suites/): The Staybridge Suite will be a extended-stay lodging facility containing 104 rooms. It is a six floor building with surface parking located around the building. The amenities include an outdoor infinity pool, a fitness center/guest laundry room, a business center, and a meeting room. American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Staybridge Suites in Jan of 2018.
- [No. 63 CubeSmart Self-Storage](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-63-cubesmart-self-storage/): The CubeSmart is a 765-unit CubeSmart self-storage facility in the City of Houston, Harris County, Texas with amentities including video cameras, keyboard entry, elevators, climate controlled and on-site managers.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for CubeSmart self-storage facility in June of 2017. The project is opened in 2018.
- [No. 62 Hyatt Place](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-62-hyatt-place/): The Hyatt Place is a 6-story, 132-room Hotel with facilities and amenities including a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, outdoor veranda, 6,405 square feet of meeting space and 230 parking spaces.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Hyatt Place Hotel in April of 2017. The project opened in 2018.
- [No. 61 Front Street Village](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-61-front-street-village/): The developer Beaufort Hospitality Enterprises, LLC is planning build a 133-room boutique hotel and bistro in the town of Beaufort, Carteret County, North Carolina. Facilities and amenities includes a 44-seat lounge area, 6,097 square feet of meeting rooms, exercise room, outdoor pool and hot tub, pavilion, guest laundry, trolley shuttle, and golf carts.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Front Street Village in July of 2017.
- [No. 60 Feather Sound Hotel](https://americanlendingcenter.com/projects/no-60-feather-sound-hotel/): The developer EIC Realty, Inc. is planning to build a 8-story, 122-room upscale boutique hotel with facilities and amenities including a business center, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, 145-seat restaurant, 44-seat bar & lounge, a 2,618 square feet meeting space and 314 parking spaces.  American Lending Center approved and funded this loan for Feather Sound Hotel in April of 2017.
