American Lending Center Holdings Inc. (ALCH), a federally designated regional center operator, today announced the appointment of Christopher A. Mason as Chief Communications Officer. This leadership appointment reflects ALC’s continued commitment to clear, strategic, and risk-informed communications as the EB-5 industry evolves.

Christopher brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience across the public and private sectors, with deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, cross-border investment, and strategic communications. From 2010 to 2020, he held senior roles within the federal government, including serving as Chief Economist for the Immigrant Investor Program Office (EB-5) at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, Christopher led teams responsible for reviewing billions of dollars in foreign investment supporting U.S. economic development projects, while advancing key EB-5 program integrity initiatives and regulatory reforms.

In the private sector, Christopher has advised Fortune 100 companies, global financial institutions, and multinational corporations on compliance, risk management, and international communications strategies. He has also served as a Risk Officer for one of the largest U.S. banks headquartered in New York, bringing a strong risk-informed perspective to executive decision-making.

As Chief Communications Officer, Christopher will oversee ALC’s global communications strategy, working closely with executive leadership to support transparency, investor confidence, and thoughtful engagement across international markets. His leadership will further strengthen ALC’s positioning as a trusted voice at the intersection of immigration, investment, and economic development.

“Christopher’s depth of experience across government, finance, and strategic communications uniquely positions him to guide ALC’s communications at a critical time for the EB-5 industry,” said John Shen, Chief Executive Officer of ALC. “His leadership will play an important role in supporting our long-term growth, regulatory integrity, and global stakeholder engagement.”

“I am honored to step into the role of Chief Communications Officer,” said Christopher Mason. “ALC’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and an immigrant-first approach strongly aligns with my own values. I look forward to continuing to support the firm’s mission and strengthening communications that advance investor confidence and long-term impact.”

Christopher’s appointment reinforces ALC’s commitment to disciplined leadership, thoughtful governance, and responsible investment practices that support job creation and community development nationwide.
