HOUSTON, Texas–CubeSmart Self-Storage Facility and American Lending Center (ALC) welcome the opening of a new self-storage facility this June in Houston, Texas.

ALC is currently the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution, having successfully funded 70 projects to date.
