June 5, 2018 โ€“ WALLA WALLA โ€“ This past weekend, Eritage Resort in Walla Walla, WA, hosted the first of a series of private events at the luxury resort and vineyard. Located on over 300 acres of rolling fields of wheat and vineyards, the resort was the perfect venue for a fairytale wedding. The bride and groom opted for romantic spring blossoms, climbing ivies, and charmingly rustic decor to complement the natural beauty of Walla Walla. Guests were treated to 360 degree views of clear blue skies and lush expanse.

From May 31st through the month of June, the resort will be conducting a series of intimate tours and bookings before opening to the general public in July. Phase I of Eritageโ€™s opening will begin with 10 luxury suites and restaurant led by James Beard award-winning chef Jason Wilson. Phase II will be open to the public later in the year with additional lakeside villas, pool, and pool house. The restaurant will serve locally grown ingredients and wines to reflect Walla Wallaโ€™s exceptional history in the Pacific Northwest. The resort has consistently been noted as the next place to be in Washington wine country, most recently in Vogue magazine.

Eritage is a result of years of teamwork among owner Justin Wylie, developer Scott Knox, and EB-5 regional center American Lending Center (ALC). ALC provided financial support to Eritage through a $13.5 EB-5 investment. This is ALCโ€™s fifteenth EB-5 project and first EB-5 funded vineyard and resort in the state of Washington.

Reservations for July will be available beginning June 10th. Visit eritageresort.com for more information.
