American Lending Center celebrates another project success – Fairfield Inn & Suites Opens in Downtown Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA, PA (June 27, 2018) — American Lending Center (ALC) regional center recently celebrated the opening of another one of its EB-5 funded projects, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in downtown Philadelphia. Supported through EB-5 financing, the hotel opened its doors to the general public on Friday, June 15, 2018.
The renovated boutique-style hotel features Art Deco and contemporary designs, a nod to the building’s nearly century-long history. Located in the largest city in Pennsylvania, the hotel is a five minute walk to the distinguished Avenue of the Arts or a five minute drive to the Liberty Bell, making the hotel a boon for local hospitality and tourism.
ALC, a subsidiary of Regional Centers Holding Group, Inc., invested $4 million in EB-5 capital to the hotel project and has since received I-526 approvals for all its investors. A leader in the EB-5 industry, the regional center is also the largest non-bank SBA 504 lending institution in America. Earlier this month, ALC was a platinum sponsor at the America West Small Business Lending Conference, showcasing ALC’s remarkable achievements with EB-5 and the Small Business Administration.
Hotel reservations for Fairfield Inn & Suites are now available online. A grand opening is scheduled for early September.
