TownePlace Suites, Boone is officially open!
The TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Boone, North Carolina is officially open! The 4-floor hotel sports 92 suites as well as amenities such as complimentary on-site parking, complimentary WiFi, and on-site fitness area.
ALC regional center invested $1.5 million from 3 immigrant investors into the project. The TownePlace Suites joins a slew of ALC funded projects in North Carolina. Front Street Village in Beaufort opened its hotel and restaurant in early January while Fairfield Inn & Suites in Morganton opened in March.
