U.S. News & World Report Names Mayton Inn Top Hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina

U.S. News & World Report recently released its 2018 list of hotel rankings and named the Mayton Inn, American Lending Center’s EB-5 funded hotel project:

3rd “Best Hotel in Raleigh“

28th “Best Hotel in North Carolina“

American Lending Center (ALC) provided $6 million of EB-5 capital for the Mayton Inn in 2014 with the hotel officially opening its doors to the public in 2016. U.S. News & World Report praises the boutique hotel:
“With just 44 rooms and one private cottage, the Mayton Inn offers a uniquely charming atmosphere in the heart of downtown Cary, North Carolina (about 12 miles west of Raleigh). Recent guests said the property embodies an “old-fashioned Southern feel” thanks to its spacious and comfortable accommodations, all of which are individually decorated.”
